Product Review: Wet n Wild Eyeshadow Palettes

Happy Monday everyone! So I'm getting ready to head home from my Providence trip. It is crazy how time flies when you're on vacation, but it does make me realize how much I love Chicago <3

Today, I wanted to show you some of the Wet n Wild palettes I picked up from CVS that I brought along on my trip.

Walking on Eggshells (Left)
Knock on Wood (Right)

I picked these two palettes up specifically because one is a very neutral palette (wearable for the day) and the other is a darker palette (good for nighttime smokey eyes!)

 Pretty colors!

Swatches
(Swatches were made with one swipe; pics taken in natural light)

Pros
Very affordable
Soft shadow
Good color payoff
Wearable

Cons
Can produce a little fallout
Since shadows are so soft, the shadows might break if the package is dropped

Overall, I think these two palettes work really well! I would definitely consider purchasing some of Wet n Wild's other palettes in the future! Hope this review was useful. Let me know if you have tried Wet n Wild products before and if you liked them (I always look forward to reading your comments ^__^). Also, follow if you like <3

Note: Products were purchased with my own money and the reviews are 100% my own

  1. oh my gosh, these colors are so gosh darn pretty! purples look really lovely with my dark brown eyes -- although i'm really more of a neutral-eye sort of gal :)

  3. I love eye shadow palettes with the "brow, crease, lid.." etc on them! I have a maybelline one that is part of my daily beauty routine! The dark cranberry shade you posted is gorgeous!

  5. Love that they "engraved" the areas where the makeup is supposed to go to. Haha! That's a plus for newbies!

  8. I am SUPER lame when it comes to makeup and never try anything new. I might give this a try since it explains how to apply the eye shadow.

    1. Ahaha sometimes I'm pretty bad with eye makeup as well. Plus I have a hidden double eyelid, which makes things even more difficult, but some direction definitely helps.

    1. What?! I didn't realize these weren't available in India! Maybe I'll do a giveaway in the future of these since they are pretty affordable in the US. :)

  14. I don’t care what people say, if you are clean, comfortable and modest, it’s all good. I think athletic wear can look polished and you always look polished.
